We require a card on file for all customers. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and you will need to rebook. A cancellation fee will apply.
We enforce a 100% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, including a no call/no show, will be charged for the full service price.
We stand by our work, and offer a 3-Day Guarantee on ALL of our Lash lift and extension services. Please note that after 3 Days, it is the responsibility of the client to book their own quick fill or full fill services when they are ready.
